What makes life chaotic

If that's the case, consider blocking out more time for yourself and your needs. And remember, everyone else can wait. Ah, procrastination. This is one of the main reasons we all feel like our lives are a complete mess.

If this is your bad habit, consider taking small steps to get things done. A, told Alexia Severson on Healthline. Doing so will help you feel more in control. If you feel the need to blame everyone else when things go wrong, it could be why you feel like life is spiraling out of control.

So take some responsibility, and you'll see that life feels a lot less chaotic. Ever notice that when you don't sleep or eat well, even the smallest inconveniences feel life-alteringly terrible? That's because you need to take care of yourself, lest you feel overwhelmed and burnt out. As life coach Stephanie Zamora said on HuffingtonPost. OK, so let's take a second and analyze how your workday become so overwhelming, or how your to-do got so long.

Could it possibly have anything to do with your inability to say no? If so, it's likely time you learn how to politely turn people down. Your packed schedule will thank you. Nothing causes that "out of control" feeling quite like running late. Alarming and confusing times ahead for sure…but also what an invitation for the human spirit to rally around and raise our response to all kinds of issues that have been dormant or haphazardly addressed for far too long…not just the virus that has brought life to a standstill, but climate change, economic unfairness, global immigration …all the things that should grab our attention and creativity as much as self-isolation has seized the day for now.

We should all listen to the Italians singing on their balconies…what a metaphor for the power and irresistible reservoir of beauty within the human family! We could set the planet ablaze with such inspiring acts of creativity and kindness. Once rolling, irresistible. We have had many glimpses of this before…the end of apartheid, the fall of the Berlin wall, the flood of refugees finding safe-haven from Syria and North Africa…Right now, in addition to being as cooperative as possible, we need to focus on the opportunity not the inconvenience….

If only we could chose such a direction more consciously, consistently and learn to share and celebrate life with vastly greater creativity and generosity. How rewarding that would be! Beautifully imagined Dad! Thank you for also noting both the exquisite heart-ache and openings from historic and current tragedies. Your email address will not be published.

Xo Jennifer. Wait, let me say that again. My husband quit his very good paying, very consistent job of 12 years and now works with me at home. You might be wondering why? Why would he give it all up? It was a dream job to many. When it comes down to it, the answer is simple.

Many people work and work to get to where he was in his career, and he left it all behind to be closer to the family, to build a life together and to build a dream that could potentially touch millions of lives. The truth for him is that he would have done this even if the potential was to only touch one life. In the last two years since starting this blog which was never in the plan , we have made more decisions that point toward the family, we have connected with more people who are in the same position we are in, and we have found passion where we never knew it existed.

This is just one of the ways we have embraced the Hands Free Life in the midst of our chaotic life, although there are many more and we hope to share this passion with you over the coming months.

What are you doing to live a more hands free life when life is chaotic? What habits will you adapt? This all so exciting!

I am honored and thrilled to be a part of your story! Thank you for sharing your struggles, your hesitations, and your leap of faith! It is very inspiring! I am really looking forward to hearing how this choice impacts your family, your wellbeing, and your future. Something tells me it is going to be very positive! I am so grateful for your support of my work and my book! Wishing you all the best! Great news. It is the news we have been waiting for. We still wake up each day and feel like it is an extended vacation BUT then the reality settles in and together we make it happen.
